Terms and rules

  • Our software does not support modified Windows builds. While it can probably run and work, you may experience crashes and other issues. Use genuine Windows builds from Microsoft.
TERMS OF SERVICE
  1. The providers ("we", "us", "our") of the service provided by this web site ("Service") are not responsible for any user-generated content and accounts ("Content"). Content submitted express the views of their author only.
  2. All damage that happens to any accounts, using Software from inside our Customer areas is on you. We provide the Software, usage is on your own risk.
  3. We reserve the right to revoke your access to the Forums even after a successful application, invite or buy in, if we think you don't fit into our community.
  4. By using the software that you can access with a forum subscription, you agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, dump, display, perform, prepare derivative works based on, or otherwise modify the Software, in whole or in part, monitor the traffic or connections produced by the Software.
  5. When you log in to our client, we're collecting basic Hardware information about your PC, including but not limited to information about your: CPU, RAM, BIOS, Mainboard, OS
  6. If your Hardware information has been tampered with, a HWID reset request might not be accepted. Permanent HWID spoofers will cause your request to get declined.
FORUM RULES

GENERAL
  1. Rules may be updated at any time. You are not allowed to use the Forums until you accept our Terms of Service.
  2. Staff team always keeps the last word on any kind of disputes, arguments, choices and discussions, if those involve decisions of a moderator action.
  3. General human decency and respective behavior is expected towards all users.
  4. Staff team keeps the right to punish users for any non-listed behavior, if they consider a user to harm the Provider or other users.
CONTENT & BEHAVIOR
  1. Toxicity, racism, or any other kind of aggressive behavior is prohibited.
  2. Spamming, any kind of pornography or NSFW (Not Safe For Work), or any illegal content is strictly prohibited.
  3. Advertisement is prohibited, unless explicitly allowed by a Staff member or implicitly allowed by the Forum section.
  4. It is advised to use English language. You may use other languages as long as it doesn’t cause confusion for other users.
  5. A topic is decided by the Forum section and expected to be maintained within those.
  6. Release of personal information (doxing), allowed by a user or not, is strictly prohibited.
  7. Any kind of political discussion is strictly prohibited.
  8. Any attempt to bypass any rule or user bans is strictly prohibited.
  9. Each user is allowed to have only one account, unless explicitly allowed by a high-rank Staff member.
  10. Usage of other users' assets is allowed only if you credit the original author.
  11. Spreading any kind of malicious software or content is strictly prohibited.
TRADING
  1. Scamming is strictly prohibited.
  2. You are expected to sell or trade only what you describe in your thread.
  3. Every trading thread must contain a price and ways to contact you.
  4. We, as the Provider, do not keep any responsibility for any kind of trading, as long as those don't violate any rules.
  5. Any trades must be done on the Forum. Otherwise, the Staff team will not be able to resolve the situation, if necessary.
  6. Unauthorized reselling of Product subscriptions is allowed only if a thread is created within reselling section.
  7. Selling Provider assets, such as user accounts or product keys is strictly prohibited.
  8. Selling cracked or stolen accounts, software or other illegally optained or generally illegal items is strictly prohibited
PAYMENTS & PURCHASES
  1. Hardware ID resets are only allowed with active Product subscription.
  2. Staff team may decline your Hardware ID reset with any reason, if they see suspicious activity on your account.
  3. Refunds are only given if approved by a high-rank Staff member
  4. If you are banned for rules violation, your refund request will be declined with no further notice.
  5. If you dispute a purchase in your bank, or in the payment gateway, your account will be permanently banned.
SCRIPTING
  1. It is not allowed to share leaked scripts.
  2. Blatant pasting of other users' scripts is strictly prohibited (consult with rule #10 of the CONTENT & BEHAVIOR section for the information).
  3. Spreading harmful scripts is strictly prohibited.
  4. Provider does not take any responsibility for your scripts' security, although we do make sure to secure your proprietary scripts.
